Description

The GWN7661 is an in-wall 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 access point designed to provide high-performance wireless and wired network connectivity. It offers a wireless throughput of 1.77Gbps and features four Gigabit Ethernet ports, including three ports for connecting devices like IP phones and computers, and one uplink port with PoE/PoE+ support. With dual-band 2×2:2 MU-MIMO and DL/UL OFDMA technology, the GWN7661 supports over 500 concurrent Wi-Fi client devices, making it ideal for high-density environments. It ensures real-time performance for low-latency applications through advanced QoS and incorporates robust security features, such as anti-hacking secure boot, digital signatures, and unique security certificates with random default passwords for each device. The GWN7661 also includes an embedded controller for managing up to 50 local GWN APs and offers extensive management options via GWN.Cloud for unlimited AP management and GWN Manager for on-premise software control.
